Capture, editing, and export happen in your browser. We do not upload or store your photos on our servers. You are responsible for saving downloads you want to keep.

2. Camera and Content Responsibility

You must have the right to capture and use any images created with our service (including permission from people appearing in photos where required). You agree not to use the service to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Templates and Assets

Frames, stickers, filters, and other creative assets provided by Freqz Now are licensed for use within the service to create and download your personal photobooth outputs. You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell our templates or asset libraries as standalone products.

When using certain services, you may need to create an account. You commit to providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including protecting your password and limiting access to your computer.

Because photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers, we do not claim a license to store, reproduce, or distribute your photos. If you later send us photos voluntarily (for example, for support or feedback), you grant us permission to use them only for that limited purpose.
